No. Cash on Delivery is not available at Roots Garden.
All orders must be prepaid through the available online payment methods on our website or through the payment option shared by Roots Garden.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.
Roots Garden currently delivers to selected locations in India.
Delivery availability depends on the product type, plant safety, courier availability, and delivery location.
Free shipping is generally not available.

Live plants are generally non-returnable because they are delicate and perishable.
However, if the plant is received dead, badly damaged, or if the wrong product is delivered, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

- Keep the plant in a shaded, airy place for a few hours.
- Do not place it immediately in harsh sunlight.
- Water only if the soil feels dry.
